I need a script that generates a fractal map like the one in the photo

I need a script that generates a fractal map like the one in the photo, that can create citations, routes, and the number of pins that I choose with the distance that I choose.

Also that you have the option to create it for service areas.

I don’t care if it’s created in python, java, javascript, php… as long as it works I don’t care about the format.

You should also be able to write a text or description on each pin

Requirements

-pin creation
-creation of citations
-creation of different driving routes
-possibility to enter a spintax text for all pins
-Possibility of choosing a service area in case of not having the GMB physical address.
