Speed Optimization (Top Priority)• Analyze current speed issues (desktop & mobile).• Identify cause and fix 2. Wishlist Function • Wishlist icon should appear consistently across ALL pages. It seems to appear on only a few pages 3. Menu and Submenu Fixes• Ensure menus and dropdowns are fully responsive on desktop and mobile.• Fix layout issues in mobile view (account icon overlapping logo, etc.).• Check visibility and click behavior of submenu items.4. WooCommerce Emails• Ensure all WooCommerce transactional emails are sent properly: • Account creation• Order confirmation• Password reset• Use SMTP or email logging if needed for testing/delivery.5. Shipping Country Selection
• Country dropdown should default to United Kingdom, not list the whole world.• Display UK regions properly (e.g. England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Currently it’s only showing United Kingdom as a country it’s not correct 6.)Fix the UK/AU country switcher dropdown on the homepage.7. Responsiveness Check
• Test and fix responsiveness across:
